Hallucination
Also known as AI fabrication
An AI output that presents invented or incorrect information as if it were real. In a production, this might be a false claim in a script or a convincing-looking detail that was never in the approved source.
In practice
A script assistant invents a product feature that is absent from the client’s approved brief.
