I’m pleased to be able to share our new animated Stormy Studio logo. Created ready to top and tail our upcoming 2016 animation and film showreel with the animated ident.
The animated ident mixes various elements to create a clean crisp visual which hopefully re-enforces the business services we provide.
The white floating particles are actually filmed dust created by crushing tissue together. Then captured as the dust floats in front of a black background lit by a strong LED film light.
The logo itself was created inside of Adobe Illustrator and then brought into Adobe After Effects. We then mix in a variety of custom animated elements and some 3D camera moves to being the animated ident to life.
