Stormy Studio was approached to develop the creative, design and animate this short and engaging animation for business.
Working with the modern colour palette from Dentsu, we worked to strike a balance of original design and clear visuals to explain the concept of the attention economy.
Engaging character animation for business
Through a mix of both frame-by-frame character animation & bespoke 2D character head rigs, we were able to produce (and amend) the character animation rather quickly.
Whilst still maintaining enough control to go back and amend colours, facial expressions and add shading as needed.
Stylish motion graphic design
A fine balance of texture, lower frame rates and great design allowed us to convey complex ideas clearly whilst ensuring the viewer is engaged.
Plus the company branding was considered and maintained throughout the whole animation for business production.
How was the animation produced?
We use industry-leading software and design tools, like the Adobe Creative Suite to create the final animation. Designing bespoke artwork in tools like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Plus we regularly use ProCreate on Apple Ipads with an Apple pencil to help with initial storyboarding and creative concepts which allows for quick hand-drawn work by our artists to create, amend and perfect the flow of the visuals and complement the voiceover script.
